Watch democracy in action! Links to virtual legislative session

In this new virtual world of governing there is one big silver lining- citizens now have access to legislative meetings and hearings at the ends of their fingertips. Here are some of the links that I would recommend.

The Vermont House has a Youtube Channel where you can see livestreamed Floor and Committee meetings: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC1w34Iyg1vB_HT6dt_4eMA/featured

There is an ever-updating website for the Vermont State House and General Assembly. You can find information on State Representatives, Senators, individual committees, bills, resolutions, report, ect… this site has it all! https://legislature.vermont.gov/

Looking for up to date news on Vermont politics? I rely on three news outlets, VTDigger, Seven Days, and VPR (which has a livestream of the state house floor sessions here!) However I of course have to give a shout out to our local paper the Valley News.
